Term technically ends a week from tomorrow, Friday, 6/28.
"Of the 61 cases the Supreme Court heard this year, 19 are still unresolved with a few weeks left in its term
The high court’s justices are still weighing whether former President Donald Trump is immune from criminal prosecution in the election interference case against him, more than a month after hearing arguments
Another case, related to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, questions the validity of obstruction charges brought against hundreds of people who took part in the insurrection
There’s also still an abortion case on the docket this year: whether doctors can provide that medical procedure in emergencies in states that banned abortion after the court overturned Roe v. Wade"
Tomorrow is going to hurt.
I expect the big decisions to be announced on the last day so Thomas can jump in his RV and ride off into the sunset.
Please, RVs are for the poors, it’s a Motor Coach
Try to name a more incompetent SCOTUS…and, go!
Dred Scott is considered what directly lead to the Civil War. But god this one is close to that much of a fuck up.
Ooh… that’s a really good question… what was the worst court? Or the worst Justice?
Dred Scott is considered the worst ruling of all time, so bad in fact it took not one, but TWO Constitutional amendments to un-do (#13 and 14).

Sounds like these lazy shits need to stop taking kick backs and work some fucking OT
Or, you know, work the WHOLE year like the rest of us… Must be nice taking July, August, and September off…
(says the guy who’s off 1/2 of November and all of December)
Of course these biased, partisan, activist judges are waiting until after the election to rule on anything even remotely related to their agenda.
Voting is important. Vote in every election so we can at least have a chance at expanding the court to dilute the federalist societies (the bad guys) agenda.
The corruption of the judicial is one of the hardest problems we will have to fix as a nation, and we need to actually try to do something about it.
This session has to be ruled on by 6/28.
Then they come back in October to hear new cases and THOSE won’t be announced until June, 2025.
They’re going to dump and run to vacation.
Bingo.
Then we make those vacations hell for them. These shitbirds deserve not a moments peace.
By design.
Are you telling me a group of 9 elderly Americans can’t handle making some of the most important legal decisions in American history in a timely manor?
Now, now, not all 9 are elderly at this point.
