From the looks of it, I guess something like a triple potato cannon, but for filling with confetti or similar instead.
Maybe it fits bottle rockets or other missile fireworks?
This wouldn’t need the larger containers/pipes though. Simple guiding pipes and piezo igniters would be sufficient for this. The tanks made of wide pipes are used for holding the flamable gas & air mix that is then ignited by the piezo sparks.

This was basically three potato cannons mounted in an adjustable mortar formation. You could fire off three before having to reset.
