I think that was basically the plot of one of the sequels, rings, but I never watched it so idk.
The curse transfers if you record the video and make someone else watch it. It doesn’t transfer back like in It Follows. You just have to show it to someone who is on hospice. They will die horribly, but they were going to die anyway.
But can’t ghosts float? She’s been known to teleport. What are you going to do about that?

What happens if you watch the ring while hooking up with someone with the it follows std? Do they team up against you? Or do they fight for winner takes all?
There is a sadako vs kayako movie, basically The Ring vs The Grudge, and from what I gather the curses can combine into an even bigger curse. On the other hand in sadako vs bunshinsaba (the Red Lady) they basically just brawl until they’re both trapped forever.
I get the feeling that the It Follows creature would suck in a fight, but it would make for an excellent post credit scene where it walks into a well.
You’d have to bang Sadako for the It Follows thing to go after her. So… God speed!
The Entity, which is I guess what they call it, seems to have some intelligence since it avoided a trap and tried to electrocute Jay, so getting it to fight Sadako is as easy as getting Sadako to fight any other spirit.
I meant into the well. But yeah, if she got in Its way, I’m sure they’d throw down.
Oh yeah, I guess it probably would just go back to it’s own business rather than follow her home after they scuffled.

The Ring is a horror movie which involves a haunted VHS tape that causes the death of whoever watches it. The viewer will be told they’ll die in 7 days and when that time is up a weird ghost girl thing climbs out of their TV to kill them. The joke here is if you place your TV facing out the window of a highrise the ghost will just fall out the window seemingly to its demise.
