Absolutely recommend this one, even for someone that’s not deep into cardgames.!

I also highly recommend Inscryption. It’s similar on the surface, but it has a lot more depth to it once you make it through. Slay the Spire doesn’t have a lot of depth after your first few times making it through.

So if you like Slay the Spire, throw Inscrytion on your wishlist. Or if you think Slay the Spire is too shallow and prefer story games, try Inscryption, there’s more to it than meets the eye (and go in blind).

I loved both games but have wayyy more hours in STS. Inscryptions story is a fantastic and haunting reality bending journey but the card mechanics weren’t deep enough to make kaseys mod last for me

Yeah, the mechanics are more shallow, but they change a bit through the course of the game, which was cool.

STS is a better card game, Inscryption is a better game, IMO.
