My biggest concern is that Trump would win by Democratic voter abstentions. With 33 Senate seats on the November ballot, Republicans could take full control of the White House and Congress with this election.

The real issue is these aren’t Trump’s plans, they’re plans with their own life within the Republican party and the system at large already.
