It’s funny, the U.S. military has actually known this for some time. It is documented hard fact for them that climate change is the greatest threat to global stability. Why they haven’t acted on it I could not say. Also it’s really the opposite of funny.

Because the US military is a heavily politicized institution now, and if we try to spend money that even slightly departs from the way Congress wants, they quickly step in and make a media spectacle of it, talking about how we’ve gone woke. It’s why we can’t get the electric vehicles we’ve been talking about buying for years, why we can’t get rid of the planes we want to, and why we end up with ridiculously expensive procurement projects that we basically don’t want by time they’re all said and done.

50 years from now … we’ll all wonder why the entire world wasn’t panicking and reacting and preparing for what is about to take place.

At least those billionaire bank accounts are safe

I was taught in school exactly what we as a species needed to do to stop global warming when I was in elementary school… This was like 25 years ago.

But we didn’t do any of what was required and instead added like 2.5 billion to the population since then. Great job guys! Lol

Hugh, just another Saturday. My AI Overlord would punish me if I don’t cross this lava current in a timely manner. After the third strike being late would cost me some guts.
