What started as an innocuous social media post from, of all groups, the Windsor Police Service has become a fire-and-brimstone level debate in this country.
After seeing who Canadians continually elect, I’m tired of hearing about what we “deserve”.
You get what you pay for.
That’s the problem, isn’t it? We, the people, can’t really pay for representatives to, well, represent us. The wealthy, on the other hand, have the best representation money can buy.
The NDP is depressingly not immune to this; with the decline of organized labour, less of the NDP membership, and even fewer NDP elected officials, come from labour.
Always look at whom we COULD have elected. In that, we narrowly dodge a bullet every time.
As an American Import, do not listen to people who claim “Well he cant be any worse than the current guy!”
He absolutely can and the consequences are terrible.
