Why don’t they just expand beyond gaming lmao. Their software works better than most other alternatives. People will use Discord for school and other chat groups despite how inadequate it is, just because the software works that good.

I read a PC Gamer article about this a while ago. It said Discord was going to get shit eventually as it would have to make money somehow. They closed the game store and nitro is a joke to everyone but admins. I think we should all get familiar with Matrix for when it’s time to jump ship
