They’re normally docile, unless you get caught up in them while they’re feeding
Retunal… and I FINALLY just recently beat it
I’ve been playing it off and on for about two years now, and it was so satisfying to finally finish the main story
“Magnesium Glycinate” is the one I choose for daily use. Magnesium Citrate is great at getting those Mg levels up initially; but for daily maintenance, I prefer the glycinate version. They kinda have their own use-cases imo
Ritalin was the worst one for me; gave me headaches and was a little too “unstable” or “rough” for me. Elvanse, on the other hand, has been my favorite… smooth as butter. Thinking about switching now that they have a generic version that my insurance will probably cover
“Women are not just babysitters ffs”
Huh… I’m kinda surprised at how cohesive it came out to be
Who’s to say you’re not (I won’t, at the least)?
perfectionist mindset - as one is writing,
I think an “M-Dash (perfectionist mindest— as one is writing,)” would be more appropriate than an “N-Dash” in your statement. No ‘nested’ parentheses needed (unless you’re looking to add non-essential (though insightful) info to your sentence); but the type of… “PAUSE” makes all the difference
If you buy a gift for someone, but they refuse to accept it, who then owns the gift? You do!
Your anger doesn’t upset me, but you’re still the one left holding it and experiencing it
You sound smart enough to figure out how to find some therapy, my friend. You should try and do that for yourself, or work harder at self-control and compassion
Don’t bother typing a long-winded response, I’m moving on. Good luck to you in all of your endeavors!
Reading your comments as I scroll: maybe you added some insight; but your delivery is crass. It makes you seem deliberately elitist… and makes me ignore your “angry” comments. You’ve made the conversation worse by adding to it, without consideration of anything besides your own opinion
And the worst part is you don’t even consider it a personal failing.
Isn’t that ironic.
You can use money from your 401k (stipulations vary) for a down payment on a first home, without the tax penalty (in America at least)
Incomprehension of fraction to decimal conversion is why 90% of people who say they are bad at math, say they are bad at math
I feel called out. I was in high-school Calculus (11th grade) before I “truly” understood fractions. Like, I honestly somehow managed to make it to Calculus without knowing how to add and subtract fractions without a calculator. Thought I was dumb in math until 9th grade algebra, and didn’t start becoming a bit of a math nerd until Calculus
a haughty, cackling asshole ignoring a woman’s expertise
Boy howdy, that’s a spot-on description. Never listened to him because I expected it to be trash; but I didn’t realize the situation was so dire
Motherfucker leans into sensationalism and shock-value, because he’ll be forgotten as soon as he shuts the fuck up—and of course he won’t have any useful skills to hold a job with real value afterward. Fucking cowardly shits, afraid to work on something of substance when the fame/infamy runs dry
So yeah, it indeed made my blood boil a little lol. Wish I could say it was mostly pity for him being so… dumb? But nah, that’s a person acting like garbage and should be treated as such (until proven otherwise)
She leaned forward, turned off the monitor, then turned it back on. “I did this 10 times already, and its still not working”.
And this is why I couldn’t work in IT support; I just don’t have the patience for certain things. I always love teaching people new things, but most people don’t care when it comes to computers; they just want it to work effortlessly even when they’re the one screwing it up.
And especially working on-site! Oh my life, I bet there’s that same few people… just constantly failing to even try lmao
I hear ya, and appreciate the info because I didn’t know that. I was saying that I would do both before calling, and then again when they asked me
But this was back in like 2004-ish, so I’m not sure what was best practice back then. I would just try it all before calling lol… going so far as to shut down and unplug for a few seconds or more
Honestly, I would try the restart first (cause it was easier/more automated), and then a full shutdown and power-up. It’s been many years since I called any IT support though, but that was mu process. Cause I hated having to call for help lol
As someone who has been asked to restart the computer, even though I already did that before calling IT support… I internally sigh, but begrudgingly do it again just to appease their process. Because I assume plenty of people don’t do it and make y’alls life a tiny bit harder, when a restart would’ve fixed it
Also, how many are solved by making sure the power cable is not just plugged into the wall, but seated into the back of the computer as well?
I mean you’re not wrong lol. I only mentioned it because of the comma before an “lol” at the end of your sentence. I have android and it started correcting my “lol grammar” with commas as well.
I like to punctuate with “lol” dammit, I don’t need it to be grammatically correct!
Are you also a millennial who uses an android phone?
I don’t much care of what is said, when it is just. I’m more concerned with those who claim to know the difference
