If I want to share something with a friend, I can invite them to note chats or bulk forward files. Messages are separate, I can forward individual message rather than all messages. It’s more continent than notes apps I’ve tried.
Friends used telegram so I had the app installed. It was easier to store documents in telegram than in one drive or proton drive, so telegram became my go too. Obviously not the best setup, but it worked and was easy. I’ll try out Signal and Matrix, but continence is a big factor in my choice.
I believe that is no longer true. I just checked and it is letting me install any of the extensions.
Aweful film. Avoid it. Instead watch Patlabor 2, World of Tomorrow, or The Terminator.
So wouldnt a sugnificant number of people want more than they have?
You can still bribe leaders in a communist system. Woman amd healthcare exist in lots of capalist systems.
While most people who were alive in the former Soviet block would prefer to go back to when it existed because it caused a huge economic disaster when they sold the countries off for parts and privatized everything for the oligarchs
Not even close to most. Make friends in Europe.
The important part is that it’s a system not focused on things like GDP, growth, or money made by corporations to determine success, but the happiness and well-being of all the humans as a collective
Don’t I have the power over my happiness in capitalism because I can work towards higher wealth extraction to achieve my own goals?.
Who decides when growth isn’t required?
The Soviet Union threatened my parents and grandparents lives. My country did try it, we decided against it. All the issues that capitalism has, communism still has. Add centralized power, and human exploitation is worse. Communism will not solve your problems.
Why wouldn’t communism lead to cancer like growth? Wouldn’t political leaders be incentivized by the masses for never ending quality of life improvements?
Money is not the problem, it’s people. If replace the system, nothing changes. If we want sustainability, that needs to be desired by the masses, and that is achievable without communism.
That is naive. People will still fight for power and exploit others to get it.
Doesn’t communism consume everything too?
Several benshmarks were posted today. The CPU is comparable to M3, modern games run at about 30fps, no idea how the GPU compares to M3.
Edit: I’m unsure which Snapdragon chips were tested.
Yes, but it is easier to have a pool that I can easily remove tabs from. Bookmarks and bookmark folders simply take more steps to manage, and open tabs don’t take much ram.
If I worked at Google I 100% would have had the same policy. I thought the controversy was not grounded.
I search my open tabs in the search bar, and close it when I’m done. Super handy honestly.
I rewatched the first episode a few minutes ago. It’s not as bad as I remember haha. I still take issues with the arbitary power levels.
Edit: just rewatched the first episode, not as bad as I remember.
I watched most of My Hero Acidemia and Hunter X Hunter, and I don’t see the appeal. The Cyberpunk pilot, to me, felt ungrounded. The mc hacking with ease appeals more to a power fantasy rather than a reflection of any meaningful character ability. And the dialogue was painfully on the nose, the MC warning about highway bandits 10 seconds before being attacked made me think that they never wrote a second draft of the script.
I’ll watch if someday, and I appreciate your enjoyment of the show, but I just don’t see what others see in it, from the pilot.
Edit: just rewatched the first episode, not as bad as I remember.
I only saw the first episode, but it felt like a standard post-2010 Trigger anime to me.
I read this on reddit so might not be true, but some cats don’t like it when their wiskers touch the rim of the bowl. Try feeding them with a flatter bowl or plate for a few days and see if they stop licking their paw.
