The stress of success, many eyes watching, and not publishing is less crushing than publishing a shit ending that ruins the trilogy and wipes out all interest in the first two books.
They might be wanting to build a proper desktop with RGB and all the jazz. While the Steam Deck does kick ass when plugged into a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, it’s not quite as impactful as a tower in terms of presence.
I use my Deck with the official dock all the time so I don’t disagree with Dindonmasker’s point that the value of a Deck is tremendous and a great alternative to building a tower.
Only thing that smells bad around here is you.
Because they don’t know any French people.
Hah, that music video is genuinely a pretty accurate depiction of your average England village’s May Day celebrations. I went to one this year, got drunk watching old men skipping about while wearing bells, kids tying up a pole with ribbon, folk band (minus the fabulous Mike Edmonds as seen is this video) playing fiddle and more, sitting around on a bunch of straw bales, and cuddled a goat kid while my dog obsessed over a Shetland pony until my partner told us to go home.
And the mad part is I regularly find Windows games run better on Linux though Proton than on Windows directly - and my Windows partition is only for gaming (no other crap installed)!
Call your mobile provider (and be prepared to jump ship to a different provider) and ask to speak to their “Retentions” department or team. Every big provider has a team whose job it is to keep customers by basically throwing sweeteners at them.
It’s crazy how many services do this if you just call up, asking to cancel. Sky or Virgin (can’t remember which as I’ve not watched broadcast TV in a few years) gave me 3 months free every time I called to cancel.
It’s written by a Bitwarden dev too.
Aaah, thanks for the insight.
Unlimited texts, unlimited calls, 50GB data (music streaming is ignored), EU roaming, 5G for £10/month.
Also it’s crazy how much US and AU people are paying!
It’s wonderful to see such a beautiful part of France’s history restored so incredibly well. My heart broke when I saw it on the news and I hope this brings some joy to the wonderful people of Paris and France. It really is a national treasure and I cannot recommend seeing it in person enough!
L’eau peut nous diviser, mais nous sommes frères et sœurs. Vive la France!
With love from England.
If only they’d get them approved in the UK. I’d love to use this feature!
You didn’t answer the original question.
I’m going to miss those concave trackpads from v1 but fuck yes, this is really happening!
The macOS User Guide would be a good start although it’s just documentation rather than videos.
ThisIsE has a good playlist for beginners as does MacMost although both are a few years old.
You can also pick up Guy Hart-Davis’ “macOS Sequoia For Dummies” which is a great book for beginners.

You’re tearing me apart, Lisa!
I’ve literally tied myself over with several series of Sanderson’s while waiting for the final book in the Kingkiller Chronicle series.
I guess there’s always the reassurance that Sanderson will probably pick up any major series that needs finishing haha.
