I always liked Qui-Gon.
A Jedi who was always true to his faith in the force and never fell into to the politics of the order.

Linux … you guys make money spying?
Probably 10 minutes, but by that point they had to double down for the shareholders and as long as everyone copied, they were good.
As someone who needs GPS a lot for work, having it on the large display is very nice. I think the sweet spot is around 7 inches; big enough for maps, but leave enough space for everything else.
The best is when they display the “next step” right on the dash. Too bad my work vehicle doesn’t do that.
I suppose, but if you’re going for the American diner experience, you might as well go with a good one. Or just try all of them.
Are IHOP and Denny’s still good in Texas? Where I’m at, you’re better off with a box of your own pancake mix. I tend to find local dinners offer much better food.
Happens to me all the time too, I’ll open it via the notification and it just won’t show up.
Or I’ll delete an email about 5 time until its finally gone.
So they are replacing windows mail with Microsoft outlook, which was replaced by windows mail years ago (well not really 100% true, its fun to think of it that way)
Although, to be fair, maintaining two mail clients is pretty stupid.
If they can stop pushing all the separate half baked “new”/"beta/“work” versions of mail and teams, and just update them so everyone’s on the same garbage apps, that would be great.
Wikipedia has a page talking about making your own page. Its definitely biased, focusing on why its a poor idea, but it was still a mildly interesting read.

Try out Privacy.com for online shopping. Also use gift cards where possible.
For physical, cash is king, followed by gift cards. Visa prepaid cards are a solid choice, but not really practical.
Failing that, I’m not sure you can find a private card, not that I’ve looked.
Yes, let’s get the kid started with dark humor.
This really makes you appreciate the bazillion factors that went to making Earth a place where life can thrive.
Really sucks humans are wreaking it, and the only ones who can make a significant impact to reverse course don’t care.
This is like one of those impossible “wife” questions with no good answer and no clean escape.
“Hey honey, if a clone of me ever replaced me, you’d be able to tell the difference right.”
“Of course dear”
“Well how”
“Umm, how about XYZ”
“What if they copied XYZ too”
“ZYX?”
“ZYX! Is that what you think of me!!”
Its a similar problem with Proton for me. Proton doesn’t even let you sync to 3rd party cal app on the free tier.
If you’re going to paywall basic functionality, that just prevents me from trying it for a while and eventually become so tied to it, it’s difficult to break free. Google had the right plan from the get-go.
That lawsuit could hold up in court, and I wouldn’t be mad. Fuck MS
Could be some form of love. There’s some crazy out there.
Same, oddly enough the app name and icon didn’t change for me. Still K-9 in app settings too.
I found a solid metal strainer, not mesh for my sink. Holds up forever and much easier to clean. Even if you have a disposal, its not great to just dump everything down the drain [citation needed]. You especially want to catch things like small bones and forks.
The disposals seem common enough, a lot older/outdated homes don’t have them. I have no idea what they’re putting into new houses and renovations.
Never had an under the sink mess like you describe, maybe yours just had a small leak?
