To cast them, it uses libvegs however. It is not available in any standard package libraries, so just quickly build it from source
First introduced in the late 1970s as an effort to boost low voter turnout, postal voting was anchored in Swiss law in 1994. By 2006, all 26 cantons had introduced functioning systems.
“It works well, so there’s not much debate about it,” says Uwe Serdült, a political scientist at the University of Zurich. Cantons report that around 90% of citizens now vote by post, and some have reported figures up to 97% (Aargau, 2017). There were debates about security in the early years of postal voting, Serdült says – as there are now around e-voting. But over the years it has been accepted, largely due to the high levels of trust in Switzerland – “vis-à-vis the state, and in the postal system”.
Nice!
I still find it weird that voting by mail is not more common in the US (and other countries). Here in Switzerland, 90% of votes are done by mail and it works great.
Not just the men, but the women and the children too
You could write your content in markdown and use pandoc to generate a html file. Add header/footer in template if you want

Don’t forget mRNA in the process!
I don’t think it is possible to run android without any binary blobs from vendors or other. They try to limit it as much as possible, while still remaining practical and offer compatibility.
It looks very weird, but if you put it like abab vs abba, it makes more sense
I raise you thousands of gzipped files (total > 20GB) combined into one dataframe. Frankly, my work laptop did not like it all that much. But most basic operations still worked fine tho
Fair enough, but why does every single person need their own firework? That connection is conpletely lost then
This antenna leg configuration is quite useless
In contrast to the other two dudes, bernie never gets old
