DOD can sell autonomous weapon internationally under a specific scenario without oversight, there’s a war in Ukraine, therefore DOD is testing AI weapons in Ukraine. It’s so close to conspiracy theory.

US doesn’t have a problem with innocent civilians. Never had. Never will. They were literally built on wiping out most of innocent native population in their own country. It’s almost natural to them.
