    This is a Democrat vetoing Democrat bills.

    The answer is for progressives to face our worst nightmare and, gasp vote in the primaries. (June 30 this year in Colorado.)

    If we can’t win an election among the left leaning voting populace, probably means we don’t have the support we think we should.

      Continuing to elect Democrats by various titles keeps the cycle of dysfunction turning. There will be no change until people abandon the DNC. Cant reform a system that’s operating exactly as designed.

        Exactly thank you. The DNC likes the way things are. They both serve the rich. Governing and Senate, mayors etc can be won by independents. This isn’t the presidency.

        Cant reform a system that’s operating exactly as designed.

        The design is to reflect the will of the people.

        If we don’t have the support for a more progressive governor, do you think the people should just be overridden for voting incorrectly?

        Edit: Frankly, if I wanted to maintain the status quo, I can think of few things more effective than convincing the farthest Left parts of the Democratic coalition to stop voting in primaries.
