If you limit the definition to only include Moscovia, it shouldn’t be too difficult to pull off.
Most of the rest of the so-called “Russian Federation” are just oppressed ethnoregions strewn with military installations and gulags, I’m sure they’ll be happy when the kremlin finally gets vaporized…
