    The catch is that they lie about whether autopilot was enabled. Disabling it .3 seconds before a collision means it was off, according to Tesla.

      Well that’s just not true, if it’s disabled within 5 seconds they still count it as autopilot.

      They also count getting rear-ended, but don’t break it down that far.

        I have a feeling if Tesla can fudge data and falsify it, they do.
