I usually keep one Chrome window open for each client (usually 5-7 at once) with multiple tabs on each, sometimes up to 20 or so. Plus a couple of misc windows for other stuff like YouTube, Lemmy, etc.
It’s probably not efficient, but it’s better than continually opening and closing tabs when I have to switch from one client to another.

As many as I need. I use shortcuts to open and close tabs so it’s basically zero effort.
Guest mode for all client logins. Nothing I do is on chrome however.
