Wait, really? They have not had that feature until now? That’s fucking ridiculous. Considering I’ve had it on my $200 one plus for three years and my $200 Motorola’s for years before that.
Samsung was one of the few Android OEMs that didn’t adopt A/B updates (well, until now).
I want to say I had the AB partitioning unlike the Google Pixel 1 or Nexus 6P or something like that. It’s been a long time ago and I don’t even want to think of not having them anymore. The fact that they waited this long to adopt it just seems kind of dumb.
IDC. I want 65W+ charging. IDC either, switching to Xiaomi 15 Ultra
Shorter update times.
The update can be faster. The time can be shorter. The time cannot be faster.
Time can be faster. Wasn’t that Einstein’s whole thing?

Seconds are now 1/4 of a second thanks to the new update method
Time is running too slow, so my watch does faster times. 🤦

It is ridiculous that many companies are still providing security patches every 3 months for maximum 2-3 years.
The expected change is about how long the actual updating process takes, not for how long updates will be provided. The article is not that long. You could have read it.
