If anything he’s Batman or training/prepping to be batman 12+ hours a day, sleeping 6-8 or maintaining muscle would be next to impossible(if he is in fact supposed to be human), and the rest to being a billionaire CEO.
Totally. Alfred and Dick are always encouraging him to get out more as Bruce Wayne to help sell the playboy facade, but he just doesn’t have time for it.

I think in-cannon he’s very reclusive. Only appearing for dinner parties and public announcements etc.
