Why not both idiot and cynic?
The point being he’s NOT a skeptic. The word is often abused this way. Scepticism is usually a good thing, and calling Kennedy a sceptic doesn’t make sense.
Cynic seems generous. He’s a denier through incompetence or maliciousness. We should give him TB, Polio, etc but I bet mf is vaxxed.
