The President nominates a judge and the Senate votes to approve that person for the post. FTtP voting is bad. It’s just awful. The more you understand it the clearer that becomes. Healthcare… no cap, we don’t understand it, either. It’s a mess.

Make the barrier to it $$$ (and tie it to your employment) means you’ll always have a subdued work force, and a big money funnel for the wealthy.
