    Slavery didn’t stop at the civil war. And ever since, we’ve been made to fight one another.

    The rich orchestrating the fighting between us did not start at the civil war. In the US, it goes all the way back to the colonies.

      I get what you’re saying, and I’m not denying it, I’m simply stating that the point at which most people would associate with the end of slavery in this country was nothing more than yet another shifting of the definitions. Obviously prior to slavery proper there were many forms of coerced or indentured servitude, serfdom, what have you. It predates the colonies. It predates mankind.
