minus-squarekn0wmad1c@programming.devlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up104·edit-21 day agoI’m not a mathematician. Can anyone explain where the 4 and 1/4 are noted to have those letters as representation? Edit: nevermind. Found it. It’s on their damn website
minus-squareBreadOven@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up10·18 hours agoWow. Thanks for posting the link. I had to look at it myself haha. How dumb do they think people are?
minus-squareDragonTypeWyvern@midwest.sociallinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up6·17 hours agoIt worked. They think people are dumb because they are dumb. Or too busy to care, which is functionally identical in real effect.
minus-squareBreadOven@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up4·15 hours agoYeah. After thinking about it, I sent it to a friend and said almost the exact same thing. Minus the busy part, but agreed, it’s pretty much the same thing.
minus-squareThunderbird4@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up11·19 hours agoWTF is that nonsense academia babble? This genuinely might have come from an LLM. “To calculate reciprocal tariffs, import and export data from U.S. Census Bureau for 2024.” It’s not even a complete sentence. Whatever wrote that is treating “import” and “export” in the dependent clause as verbs instead of adjectives.
