The guy knew it would come off the base, dumbass Vance didn’t listen or care. Look how he hands it to him after setting it back up.
Well then why didn’t he say something, instead of prodding tentatively at the top of it as Vance picked it up, in a futile effort which only assisted with the collapse.
Maybe he was afraid of being deported or some other stupid punishment. Who knows, we’re not dealing with normal people here, they’re all tiny men who have to prove something.
