So…his approval rating is now worse than his own approval rating? Who was the 2nd worst president?
We can only compare to recent history when modern approval ratings were in practice which would be Nixon. Looking farther back it would probably be James Buchanan or Andrew Johnson.
Franklin Pierce’s incompetence is a factor in the Civil War.
