But the one thing I’ve noticed about those cook books is that its not always easy to find what I’m looking for. And now I’m wondering how many of those same cook books might be scanned and uploaded somewhere.
The recipe is an also mostly a grating essay filled with aspirational shit. Need to find some cheap cook books.
OH, I have a PILE of cookbooks.
