It's likely Microsoft's largest job purge since it said goodbye to 10,000 employees in 2023.

        This is why I make sure I only train people to an incredibly low standard. Training isn’t actually listed in my job role anyway and it ensures job security.

        Yes, training them better would be better for the company. I am aware of that, but here we are. Gotta think of myself, because they sure won’t.
