Nearly three months ago, U.S. President Donald Trump slapped sanctions on the International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor, Karim Khan.

ICC (International Criminal Court) prosecutor Khan locked out of his Microsoft email account and UK based bank accounts based on US sanctions.
