    No one except the people whose jobs he’s already eliminated. But they were just contractors, not real people, right Luis?

    Never accept a salesman or CEO apology or “explanation” for bad choices.

    They’re only sorry you stopped using/paying them. They aren’t sorry for their words, actions, or intentions.
