Gotta wonder how bad the situation is with desertion and how well locked-down they have their penal soldier pipeline. I’d be wanting to kill whoever I had to with whatever I could get my hands on to escape, but that’s easy to say with nothing at stake and I’m sure at least a handful have tried.
