I said months ago in a particularly depressing pub analogy that the UK and others in the West (Germany has been a sterling exemplar naturally) that we would help attack the ghetto, build the camps, run the trains, catalogue the victims, run the work camps, see the malnutrition, see the death, help build the showers and then act offended when the guards started pushing people into them.
