If a draft does happen, just don’t report. It will be stressful but its doubtful that the US policing forces will be able to do both “deporting all brown people” duty and “rounding up everybody who didn’t report for the draft” duty.
Shit, when you do regular military service you are expected to do a “Reserve” stint that lasts some amount of years after your active duty term is over. Thing is, unless you did some really niche job, nobody is going to take the time to hunt you down if you don’t report to a reserve unit. Even with all the “we never meet recruiting numbers” articles and “retention is horrible” articles.

It’s always a good idea to maybe contact an org that might have your back if shit hits the fan, some kind of support network at least.
