https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_triangle
A pink triangle is a symbol for the LGBT community. Initially intended as a badge of shame, it was later reappropriated as a positive symbol of self-identity.
It originated in Nazi Germany in the 1930s and 1940s as one of the Nazi concentration camp badges, distinguishing those imprisoned because they had been identified by authorities as gay men.
In the 1970s, it was revived as a symbol of protest against homophobia, and has since been adopted by the larger LGBT community as a popular symbol of LGBT pride and the LGBT movements and queer liberation movements.
“German citizen arrested for being gay, anti-genocide”
What is this, 1941? Morgenthau was as right as Sherman was
Looks like somebody in Germany wasn’t paying attention in “why Nazis are bad” class.

For fuck’s sake…
So triangles are now outlawed in Germany because they remind you of Palestine. Great
They are coming for your hexagons next.
Hexagons are just 3 triangles in a trenchcoat
The Berlin legislature has gone pretty bananas on the criminalization of pro-palestine speech. I am wondering if any of the mainstream parties are calling it out or if they’re leaving the lane wide open for the actual antisemites to take advantage.
Hey liberals

Funny because the upside down red triangle is exactly what communists/social democrats were forced to wear in the camps.
