          Well, they’re still torturing her; we don’t know it isn’t gonna happen. 20$ says if she lives they’ll have raped the shit out of her, and will defend themselves as having the right to do it. Takers?

            Sleeping on the floor sounds more like an inconvenience and less like torture. Is there a hard cutoff for when to call something torture ?

              Also I think it’s an intent thing–waterboarding is torture, but being really bad at boats and getting people drowned is not torture.
