wow… i was expecting this to be a video about the end of audacity or something but it sounds pretty f’n amazing. I love Audacity and though I rarely use it, it has come in handy when I needed a quick way to edit some sound file

I appreciate this guy for the work he’s doing in open source, making software more accessible etc. but damn he’s such a massive LIB

Probably not really deductible from the screenshots/it’s just goofing around, besides that however, he also made a video about Schostakowitsch where he talkes about soviet and russian history and does the default anti-communism + historical revisionism on Stalin and the SU. I guess you can’t really expect anything better from a YouTuber

I don’t expect anything at all, just was wondering if there was something more specific

      Honestly. These people.

Saying “five year plans” is “Stalinism”, is the same utter nonsense as equating “a country has the otherwise idle armed forces/national reserve build infrastructure/pick up trash/other community service” with Maoism.

      I hate liberals.

Tbh I don’t really expect open source devs to all be commies and anarchists though, and I’ll take a lib over the likes of dhh any day.
