Why on earth would you shower before getting dirty/sweaty…? If you’re going to shower again… why waste the water then? Humans are a confusing lot, man.

If am currently even more dirty/sweaty from other things, and will be too tired to shower after walk, it makes sense to shower now, and accept the relatively small amount of sweaty from the walk.

Or, shower after walk and be more clean but more tired, with risk of being too tired to shower.

Easy :) shower before exercise. Quick rinse after if necessary.

Difference between gross sweat and clean sweat. Laundry’s simpler, less urgent, and workout clothes last longer.

Why: odors are mostly bacteria farts. The bacteria needs food, water, and heat to grow. Showering before washes off the food.

You could always move to Oregon and do both at the same time ten months outta the year. 🤷🏼‍♂️
