The kind of “pesto” I sometimes make is peanuts, mayo, garlic and spinach, so I can attest for at least 3 of the 4 ingredients you’ve used here. Maybe blitz it in a blender? Some salt and pepper and lemon juice as well?

It tastes better than roadkill, but not quite as good as fried bacon.
