I’m not convinced Doug would want the job, maybe in the future. Right now he’s got a majority in Ontario and can do whatever he wants within provincial preview. For a serious response to your probably hypothetical question, I would give enough leeway to consider mental illness if the attack was truly random and the victim happened to be a hijabi.
