I enjoy modding stuff in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Maybe Vanilla OS will be of interest?
I really enjoy the split spacebars. I use those for layers: hold for a navigation layer on one, for some UI and function keys on the other. With the remapping software Keyd. If the split spacebars are not a thing for you, then I’m inclined to think the Shinobi is nicer, given the palmrest and sound profile.
I never noticed any issues.
Half the reason I root is to get rid of that bloody bar on Pixel. Poor Samsung users!
TIL! Thank you!
I think you have to alternate the quotations you use between doubles and singles, pairwise. Else the first pair is closed after --format.
So you have to use a pattern like “command level 1 ‘level 2 “level 3” more level 2’ more level 1”
Does that make sense?
Nope, just a new logo on an existing key.
A very interesting read, and really cool looking! I’d really like to try the keycaps in v. 0.3!
I’m curious about this point:
With square keys, each key has eight neighbours, but the diagonal neighbours are about 1.4 times further away than orthogonal ones and therefore harder to reach for the same finger.
Say I arrange square keys in columns with a 0.5u offset. Then each key also only has six neighbors. I wonder how that compares distance-wide to hexagonal keys.
Edit: the Klacker BS does this, but offsets the rows instead.
I have the same, but Netflix is then a miserable experience on my 4K TV.
How do you set up a Firefox search bar, if you don’t mind?
I’m being prompted to download Downloadfile.bin
when I load the linked to URL.
I bought both my parents new old machines now that they retired, and I opted for a T480 for both. They’ve been called The Last Great ThinkPad over on r/thinkpad since they are both powerful - first generation with a quad-core processor - and nicely upgradable. The upgradeability also means that you don’t have to worry overly about the amount of RAM a used model has: you can always add more cheaply (and very easily).
No points here, only crowd voting based sorting.
Ups, thanks.
Feedly works well fire me.
Working from home, but not being payed rent for the space.
You’re welcome :)
I’d say whatever else, go for hotswap with MX switches. You’ll try it, learn, and can replace your switches easily and quite cheaply.
Switches make a huge difference. Being stuck with ones you don’t really like because you didn’t get a hotswap board would really be a shame.
We have both Linux and Windows machines in my team. We do all the work in Linux, and register hours in Windows. We also all have iPhones that we only use for 2FA.
