You don’t have host your whole infrastructure on AWS to be affected by this. Even if you use one of their services it can break the whole site. And depending on what of their services you use Amazon won’t necessarily be able to connect tge dots.
Because the left is not controlling the FCC. And ad revenue on cable TV is still a lot higher than on any internet streaming platform. Financing a show like that through streams is a lot more difficult.
These local TV stations basically just broadcast ABC content with added local news and ads. It does not matter where you watch Kimmel - the views are still aggregated at Disney and they still benefit from them.
Okay, so the latter.
Just because a cliché exist does not mean it’s actually true. People that are complaining about a lot on the Internet are maybe more likely to spend too much time on the Internet in general and by that are more likely to have a lack of social skills in the real world.
To counter that anecdotally: in my social circle a lot couples spawned from a previous social connection and there are only a few that meet through dating apps or where a random hook up in the first place.
Do you have any statistics backing up that claim or is that purely anecdotal/an subjective assumption?
How is this any different to the US?
