How vulnerable is a VaultWarden setup to splash damage from BitWarden enshittery? I would go absolutely ham on VaultWarden if it’s independant enough from this kind of move.

The major benefit is using KOReader instead of Amazon’s reader. Main benefit of that is configurability in my opinion. I’m new to full-time use, so I’m not aware of everything it’s capable of, but it’s already way better. My headline features are direct connection to Calibre over the network, and the lack of any marketing to me whatsoever. My nice-to-haves are arbitrary lockscreen images, Wallabag support (have yet to explore this, but looks real fun), and the built-in RSS reader.
Other than that, jailbreaking gives me the ability to fully disable ads and OTA updates.
Everything else is pretty much toys and eye candy. KOReader is the main thing from what I can tell.

Recently bought a kindle at a thrift store, which was perfect as it was on an old firmware, perfect for jailbreaking.
Now I’ve got a nice e-reader, never gave money to Amazon for the pleasure, not even using their software now. Easily the best $8 I ever spent.

There’s a reason Adderall is the way that it is ;)

Idk if it’s indicative of ADHD, but i know that many neurodivergent people report a unique, or even paradoxical relationship with stimulants (myself included, obviously).
However, standard disclaimers apply: this is anecdotal evidence, I’m not a doctor, and definitely not your doctor. Check with them, there are usually quick easy screeners available to see if further evaluation is recommended.

Yeah, I like to have one every once in a while so I can take a nap.
transphobes seem to have a knack for making trans people sound rad as hell
My partner’s kid took to calling them Bonk Bees, cause they just harmlessly bonk into everything. As far as I care that’s their scientific name, and Carpenter Bees is colloquial.

I am pan, and have been with all sorts of people, and I have this one ancient, infallible technique that always guarantees a good time:
I’m dead serious. It works wonders across the entire board, regardless of gender, sexuality, body type, ability, or equipment configuration. Whoever your partner is, communication is your most valuable tool. Whether verbal or non-verbal, listening to what your partner has to say about what they want and how they feel will always tell you what to do.

I don’t know about dnf, but pacman doesn’t do this by default. The only way to hold back packages is by writing it in the configuration.

Pro tip for the milk-dunkers meetup we’re having here:
Usa a fork stabbed in the cream to keep your fingies milk-free!
Yes, I dunk them in milk. They’re awesome that way.

Yeah, I get that gripe.
It’s just fine for most of my use-cases, though. For example, if my living room TV is in use, but updates have dropped for a game that I want to play later, I can start up my living room box, and kick off the update with my Deck.

For real. I’ve worn the thumbstick on my steam controller down to the structural plastic, and the battery door is cracked. I have one in a box because I love the thing so much. This is 100% a “once I have the money for it, it will be mine” kind of purchase.
Pretty good so far. I haven’t had a job that makes me wish for a workplace accident in years.
A cement truck empty of cement would be marginally easier to steal than a cement truck full of cement…
The problem becomes filling that cement truck with anything else, though…
