  • How ironic that someone posted earlier “Where is Anonymous” and then poof, appears a video.

So I can’t help but think on a comment that said, “it’s a us gov psyop group”… So, after watching this video… Is that what they (the gov) want??! To use this opportunity to seize more “emergency power” power and try to cull the ones who fight back so that all that’s left are the obedient ones?

Fuck, I say to you now, I’m taking off my tinfoil hat for the night and going to bed- BUT I will absolutely be sharing the video regardless of what my own temporary opinion is.

  • Yeah… Reasons I won’t buy a fully electric vehicle in their current state:

    1. Slow charge times
    2. Low ranges
    3. Risk of severe fire, shortages, or damages from an accident (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S2352152X25032724)
    4. High initial cost (even often with incentives or rebates
    5. Often times lack of serviceability in certain areas
    6. A lot of the grid power still based on fossil fuels or coal
    7. Extremely heavy compared to traditional ICE cars

What needs to happen before better widespread adoption (IMO):

    1. Sodium ion battery adoption (or similar) that has similar A. energy density, B. better capacity, C. faster charging, D. longer range
    2. Better hybrid technology like Turbo diesel electric (similar to trains as a generator or electric assisted engine since diesel already get great MPG like the Jetta in the US)
    3. Propane-based generator so no need to “charge”
    4. Better grid supplementation with more renewables
    5. Possible “hot swap” battery packs that are charged and ready to go

I would love a Honda Accord Sport Hybrid so I don’t need to charge it but still get 50ish MPG. It’s a kind of happy medium with space, weight, no charging much lower emissions.

Can’t wait to see a Sodium Ion battery hybrid and how that does since it’s capable of “charging faster”, so I wonder if somehow it could use more battery assist while using engine momentum and/or regenerative braking to recoup energy quicker- which in turn gives even higher potential ranges. I’m hoping for 70mpg+ in a mid-size sedan! 🤞

  • Yes, gun ranges typically enforce safety wear for eyes and ears at a minimum, on top of the 4 universal rules of use:

    • Treat all guns as if they are always loaded (meaning a round of chambered in the barrel, don’t some is empty because you to the magazine out).

    • Never let the muzzle (exit) point at anything that you are not willing to destroy.

    • Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and you have made the decision to shoot (this is the most commonly abused or misunderstood why, you don’t want to accidentally pull the trigger and shoot something you don’t want to. People think they’re being careful until they’re not. Boom)

    • Be sure of your target and what is behind it. (This is also important, because in a home defense or self defense scenario, we always talk about what if your round were up pass through the bad guy and hit a good guy? Or worse, a kid! This leads to using/carrying the appropriate type of ammunition to mitigate that)

  • My point was more so to sign your name, read the declaration of independence or other “valuable” and historical documents. Chromebooks seemed like a good idea for education 10 years ago and now new hires at work look at me like I’m speaking Greek when I ask to click the Start button.

So many programs are moving web-based, which I can understand why from a software control standpoint to help cut support calls, but also at the same time, it’s removing critical thinking skills as its a constant reliance on others to do or fix or troubleshoot or whatever. I feel like its an attempt at oversimplification and automaton to keep people docile and just focus on their tasks.

All that isn’t bad, but when you look at people working longer hours, child labor laws being rolled back, and some combinations of others, it starts to feel very intentional and controlling.
