The difference being that in this case migrants are actually having their claims processed and these are people who have actually been through the correct processes and procedures and have been deported?
Creating a procedure where you deport people to a third country where they float around unable to work for sustenance, let alone any kind of future until they get deported again doesn’t make it better. At least if there wasn’t, you could pretend the system wasnt designed to be both racist and cruel.

Asylum seekers can work if the host country allows it.
If asylum seekers are being deported via this scheme without having their claims processed then I’d have a problem with that
