I can’t feel bad for that idiot. We’ve known for decades that the healthiest diet is full of vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, and legumes. It’s scientificaly proven, everyone knows that, everyone’s doctor knows that, it’s the easiest thing to find with a google search, and yet those people willingly decide to eat exactly the opposite of that.
I’m at loss of words to describe how stupid those people are, and the dedication it takes to remain that stupid at every meal they eat for the months or years it takes to make your hands look like that.
I don’t feel bad either, but I kinda understand why people do stupid shit like that, from a personal point of view plus I have some hypothesis about extreme (EG carnivorous) diets in men. I believe it’s an eating disorder in a lot of cases, manifesting in a way that’s more difficult to grasp than “simple” bulimia, anorexia or orthorexia. For the outsider it’s a seemingly arbitrary dietary restriction, from the inside it’s most likely something a lot more complex. Dunno if there are any studies on this.
