Dude I wouldn’t say dudes a good dude if he wasn’t

Well, he is literally underpaying his workers because he knows he can get away with that due to their desperation, and his lifestyle is built upon immiseration of billions, and yet, you do claim that he is somehow good.

    EDIT:

He helps black families in a region where the Klan used to run people out of the Appalachia’s. He employed hundreds of minority individuals and made many VP’s of his company before DEI was a thing

You do realise that what you are saying is that he doesn’t even do the minimum of what the ruling class (which includes extremely rich people like him) is supposedly expected to do (provide people with employment, housing, healthcare, etc.) but that he is somehow good.
Like, if this was the extent of a government’s effort, would that be acceptable? Why is this acceptable of the people who hold economies of the world in a chokehold?

When I was a teen. I was making more money working there than I made ten years after

        Okay, and?

He paid well for the region but it wasn’t a lot

So, he chose to not pay a lot because he could get away with it due to the conditions your community was already forced into. And?

He paid 3x the minimum wage at the time

Cool. He paid more than the extremely low minimum wage (and still did not pay much). I too don’t do the absolute worst things that I might be allowed to do. Now what?

I wouldn’t say he under paid

You already did say that he did not pay a lot.

He could have paid the minimum wage but he didn’t

And I could have been assaulting random people, but I don’t do that. Heap laurels upon me now.

The one job I had 15 years later in the same town paid me 3$/hr to be a server and busboy

Going to note that you being paid so little is a consequence of extremely rich people like your friend existing as a class in your economy.

                This is rather silly.

Capitalists push to have your wages be lower and lower, and you keep trying to defend them.
Meanwhile, we already know that their abolition produces massive improvements in the standards of living.

I got an education that made my value as employee explode. My last job paid over $65/hr because of my worth

Kid, you were paid that not because of ‘your worth’, but because of your position. You can have any education and have any sort of skills and still be paid 3$ per hour.

Also, again, you present individual anecdotes to claim that the system as a whole does not work as described. Your education is very clearly lacking.
