I’m not convinced we aren’t in a matrix style simulation, and the elaborate nature of this entire experience is based around the maximum rate of ads that can be consumed without inducing insanity and collapsing the system.
You put a person in a pitch black dungeon for a few weeks and they come out insane. You play them ads 24/7 and they’d self-abort in a similar time. But if you code them a universe, and gradually increase the rate of ads until they can consume 10x the ads over a lifetime, for a 14.367% savings. Cha-ching mothafucka!
