He’s just some dude. Why is he bearing the name of Idaho, a region of the lost Earth? He’s not noble and has no mythical heritage going back to the dawn of time.

Language is funny though it’s entirely possible Idaho potatoes got transported to another planet. People started calling them Idaho’s and then Idaho became a peasant/farmer surname divorced from context etc
