I’m literally sick but they changed the policy for working when sick so I’m worried I’ll have to spend sick days when previously I could just work remotely.

One of my old jobs had a points-based attendance system. I was late, a point is a point, so i called-in in the parking lot and went back home.

Another time i was over the threshold of points (7 12s baybeee). Once you’re over the allowable threshold, but important enough that they won’t fire you, suddenly points don’t mean anything.
Called-in more than a couple times. Fuck 'em.
