Interesting to get hung up on the mention of AI. I understand being critical of AI, but to avoid the triggering I’ll write out what the actual purpose of the comment was…
Is this a real episode that is mentioned? Is the author a Star Trek fan, or have they made up something random for the sake of the comic? A search doesn’t seem to find details of a real episode like this.
Fairly positive the main source of outcry to your comment, is that AI doesn’t know what the fuck it’s talking about in general. So if you want proper information, don’t use AI.
Cause you could have said you looked up the episode and found nothing. The mention of ChatGPT basically functions as an ad for it and also points out how garbage it is while avoiding the conversation you could have with the real people here that would be happy for it. This kinda the point of a forum board with a comment section.
